Founder

Dhishana is a passionate Educator and a Career coach. Beyond helping students gain admission to top universities, she’s committed to equipping students for the challenges and opportunities of university life, ensuring they are prepared to thrive both academically and personally. With an undergraduate degree from a top liberal-arts institution in the US (Mount Holyoke College) and a full-tuition scholarship for her master’s in Educational Psychology the UK (University of Bristol), Dhishana combines her global perspective with an unparalleled understanding of higher education and strategies to gain admission at top universities across the globe. She is a Careers Advisor at a top International school in the UK (Cardiff Sixth Form College), ranked #1 in the UK for A-level results.

Over the past four years, Dhishana has successfully mentored more than 200 students, offering comprehensive, end-to-end support for university applications across the US, UK, Canada, India, and beyond. Whether it’s crafting compelling personal statements, common application essays, or securing scholarships, she helps students showcase their strongest selves and gain admission to prestigious institutions across the globe.

Seetha Dronamraju

Seetha is an experienced Education Consultant with 14 years of expertise in Canadian higher education, student recruitment, and university outreach. For eight years, she served as the exclusive South Asia representative for the University of Waterloo, where she guided over 500 students to successfully pursue their studies at Waterloo and supported many more in securing places at top Canadian universities.

Widely respected for her honest, unbiased, and transparent counselling style, Seetha has earned the trust of both students and parents, empowering them to make well-informed decisions about their educational futures. She is also a valued resource among school counsellors, who frequently seek her advice and insights.

Counselling is in Seetha’s DNA, and her student-first, ethical approach has been recognized with the IC3 Award for Counselling-Based Approach to Student Recruitment/Admissions (2021) and the Trailblazer for Innovation in University Outreach Award (2024) from The Outreach Collective.

Nalini is a results-driven Education Consultant and international recruitment specialist with over 10 years of experience in the higher education industry. Nalini has successfully guided hundreds of students, aligning each recommendation with their academic goals and personal backgrounds.

Nalini has represented top Canadian institutions, including the University of Waterloo and the University of Manitoba, and has traveled extensively across South Asia and the Middle East to engage directly with students and parents, offering expert advice and personalized guidance.

As a parent whose own children have pursued higher education at leading universities in the U.S. and Canada, Nalini brings a unique, empathetic perspective to her work—bridging both student and parent viewpoints. She is deeply committed to each student’s journey and has been known for her thoughtful, student-centered approach.
